DSFR General Terms and Condition
DSFR GmbH is a company incorporated accounting to Swiss law legal seat in Zug, Switzerland (“DSFR”). DSFR GmbH is a service provider in the field of Digital payment tokens.
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of our site (https://dsfr.net). We use your personal information to understand your usage of the site better, and to collect traffic statistics.

1. Scope of application
The Terms govern the Business Relationship and apply to any agreement between the Clint and DSFR GmbH
2. Accounts and membership

We may suspend, disable, or delete your account (or any part thereof) if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or that your conduct or content would tend to damage our reputation and goodwill. If we delete your account for the foregoing reasons, you may not re-register for our Services. We may block your email address and Internet protocol address to prevent further registration.
2. Log Data
Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our site (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address (with replaced last byte), browser type, browser version, the pages of our site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
3. US-Persons
DSFR GmbH dose generally not offer any services to US-persons even if they are domiciled outside the United States. US-persons are considered persons with sole or additional citizenship of the United States or residence in the United States.
The Client is obligated to inform DSFR GmbH at least thirty (30) days in advance in written form of any future circumstances which may cause him to be regarded as a US person.
3. Communication
DSFR GmbH is permitted to use at its discretion for communication with the Authorized Signatories any communication methods. DSFR GmbH applies due care and takes customary measures to identify and prevent fraudulent activities.DSFR GmbH may make telephone calls with the number suppressed.
4. Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your computer’s hard drive. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our site.

We also honour the Do Not Track header and will not track visitors who have do not track switched on.
7. Applicable law and Jurisdiction
All legal regions between the Clint and DSFR, including the Business Relationship, are exclusively governed by the laws of Switzerland with the exclusion of the conflict of law principles.
DSFR GmbH reserves the right to take legal action at the place of domicile of the Client or before any other competent court or authority.
8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on the Site. You are advised to review this privacy policy periodically for any changes.

9. Acceptance
The Client is deemed to have read, understood and accepted the Terms when successfully onboarded.
The Client is deemed to have read, understood and accepted the most recent terms and other regulations issued DSFR GmbH when using the Service.
The most recent terms and the integral documents are always available on the website at www.dsfr.net.
10. Changes and amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms relating to the Website and Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Website.
When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Website and Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
